To become a Microsoft Certified Trainer the candidate must be able to demonstrate a high instructional skills level. To acquire verified proof of instructional skills, new MCT candidates must complete a course enrolled in Microsoft Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) Program. Microsoft MCT Program Team works closely with ISCPs to verify MCT candidates have successfully completed an instructional skills program through their organizations.

At the same time, this course is suitable for instructors who want to improve their instructional skills delivering any kind of training and presentations.

After attending this course, the participants will be able to:

• Prepare for the execution of a training course.
• Create a good lesson design and storytelling, even with custom material.
• Guide the learning process of the students in a didactically responsible way and align the training with the experience of the audience.
• Create learning conditions for learners with different learning styles.
• Use interactive teaching methods, such as teaching-learning conversations, feedback, different types of questions, exercises, etc.
• Exploring how to use AI tools to build effective material for delivery.
• Test the learning efficiency of students.
• Use learning resources correctly during training sessions.

The course will include a live assessment at the end of the course to test the improved ability of the participant to deliver technical presentations.

The course can be delivered in Italian or in English.
