Minimo di due anni di esperienza con le tecnologie Microsoft Lync o sistemi di telefonia analoghi.Completato il corso 20336, fondamentali soluzioni di Microsoft Lync Server 2013 o possedere conoscenze equivalenti di distribuzione di Lync Server 2013 o Lync Online.Esperienza di distribuzione di client Lync.Familiarità con i concetti di sicurezza, networking e alta disponibilità.Esperienza di monitoraggio e risoluzione problemi su Windows Server.Comprensione dei Servizi di dominio Active Directory (AD DS).Esperienza nella gestione di un'applicazione in remoto utilizzando Windows PowerShell 2.0 o successivi.
